Update the delivery address for my orderUpdated 4 months ago

If you need to update the delivery address for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address before it leaves our fulfillment center. Please be sure to let us know the Order #, Name, previous address, and the updated address so we properly update the order.

If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately, we will not be able to update the address. If an order is placed with an incorrect shipping address and it is already processed and shipped, we can resend the order but the reshipment cost will be charged to the customer due to providing Stimara with the incorrect address at checkout. 

Also, you can check your addresses on file by visiting your Customer Profile and adding or editing addresses there for future orders.
