I didn't receive my whole orderUpdated 4 months ago

There are a few possibilities as to not having received your whole order and hopefully one of these helps with answering those questions:


1) You ordered a 12 or 18 pack and you only received 2 or 3 boxes. Stimagz are packaged in boxes of 6. The two boxes contain 6 pieces of Stimagz each equalling 12.

2) Your order contained an item that was out of stock at one of our fulfilment centers so it was split between different facilities to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Most likely the remainder of your package is still on the way. Customer support can assist further if needed at [email protected] 

3) There may have been an error by the fulfillment center when packaging your order, so definitely reach out to our support team so we can look into it further by emailing [email protected]
