How many days do I have to return my item?Updated 4 months ago

We understand that you might change your mind about your purchase. As such, you can return any unused and undamaged items up to 30 days after delivery. After this time frame, your order is not eligible for a return. 

To initiate a return, you can do so through your orders within your Customer Portal here.  Please provide a reason for your return in your request so we can continue to improve our service. 

Once we are informed of your intent to return your order, you will have 14 days to send back the item from the date of your return approval. The return will be accepted if the shipment is postmarked within 14 days of the return approval.
