You can access your Customer Portal and login with your email that you used to place your order. This will show your order information and tracking information for each order. From this portal you can also cancel or start a return for an order.
To track the status of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the assigned tracking information once your order has shipped. You can follow along with your shipment's journey using this tracking information.
