Stimara Warranty Policy

This warranty policy applies exclusively to products purchased directly from Stimara.com. We offer a limited warranty on our products, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Warranty Coverage

Stimara warrants that our products are free from unexpected manufacturing defects and unexpected damage resulting from regular, intended use. This warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and provides a limited remedy in the form of a one-time replacement product of equal or greater value.

All products are sold “as-is,” with this limited warranty as the sole and exclusive remedy available to the customer.

Eligibility for Warranty Claims

To be eligible for a warranty claim, customers must:

1. Present the original receipt and order number from Stimara.com.
2. Ensure that the claim is made within the 12-month warranty period.
3. Provide photographic or video evidence of the defect before returning the product.

Note: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Covered by Warranty

• Unexpected manufacturing defects
• Unexpected damage resulting from regular, intended use, excluding intentional misuse or unintended use

Not Covered by Warranty

• Intentional damage
• Damage resulting from unintended use or abuse
• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the product’s functionality

Warranty Claim Process

Upon receiving a valid warranty claim, Stimara will, at its discretion, provide a one-time replacement product of equal or greater value to the original product. Stimara covers the cost of shipping for the return of the defective product and the shipment of the replacement product.

Stimara reserves the right to deny warranty claims if there is reasonable evidence to suggest that:

• The customer has intentionally abused or misused the product.
• The provided evidence is insufficient.
• The product has been handled or used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose, leading to damage.

Limitation of Liability

Stimara's maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement value of the product. Stimara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product, even if Stimara has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Binding Arbitration

Any disputes or claims arising out of or related to this warranty policy shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. By purchasing from Stimara.com, customers agree to waive their right to pursue claims in court.

Limited Warranty Disclaimer

This warranty is the exclusive and sole warranty for Stimara products. Any implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed.

Policy Adjustments

Stimara reserves the right to modify, update, or terminate this warranty policy at any time, at its sole discretion, and without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will apply to products purchased after the effective date of the changes.
