Customers are not eligible for a refund if they do not receive their order due to providing Stimara with the incorrect address at checkout. 

If you return your order within the 30-day window, we will refund your order to the original method of payment used at checkout. Returns may take up to a week to be processed once they’ve been returned to our fulfillment center. Once refunds have been issued, customers will receive a notification via email. Please note that it may take banks up to ten days to process refunds before they are reflected in customer accounts. 

Refunds will cover the order amount paid by the customer excluding the original cost of shipping. Orders containing more than one product are eligible for partial refunds.

Orders that are partially returned will be refunded for the cost of each product returned.
