Can I request a refund if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?Updated 4 months ago

Yes, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, Stimara will honor a refund request. We always hope to meet our customers’ expectations, but if something isn’t right, we are prepared to issue a refund to the original method of payment used at checkout. You can submit a return request through the Customer Portal but please be as detailed as possible when submitting a return request. That way it minimizes the need for further communication before approving it.

You'll be provided with a free return label that you can affix to the original packaging your products came in and send it back to us!  Once it's received and processed at the return facility, our support team will process the refund for you as quickly as possible.
