There could be a variety of reasons that Free Shipping is not properly displaying for you.
The most common are:
- You haven't met the free shipping threshold
- You reached the threshold but used a discount code that brought you back under the free shipping qualifying amount
- You may be using a VPN that is incorrectly logging where you're ordering from and the conversion of currency is affecting the actual total of your order for the threshold.
- There is a possibility that your order contains different types of Stimagz that are not currently available to be fulfilled by one fulfillment center. This split fulfillment will create the need to ship from two separate locations.
