If you have accumulated or redeemed Rewards Points you may have a question or two about them:

- If you accidentally redeemed points and worry they'll expire: The code generated does not have an expiration date set.

- If you have accumulated points and wonder if they'll expire: Currently, points don't expire, but this policy is subject to change with a restructuring of our rewards program that actually gives more back to our customers!

- Can I refund the discount I redeemed and get the points back: Yes, just write a support ticket to us and we can get that set up for you :)

- Can I use a free 12-pack coupon with another code: You can only apply one discount per order, so a free 12-pack coupon would negate the use of another discount code.
