Purchases of Misfit Stimagz are eligible for refunds or reshipments only if the product is non-functional upon arrival. Cosmetic defects, which are advertised as attributes of Misfit Stimagz and do not affect the product’s functionality or usability, are not covered by the standard six-month warranty that applies to our regular Stimara products. These cosmetic defects typically include scuffed or textured caps and plastic burrs at injection points. Purchases of Misfit Stimagz with functional defects are eligible for reimbursement within 30 days of the order date. 
Note: Functional defects would impact the use or function of the Stimagz, like cracked plastic or magnets not working.

We recommend that customers document their order upon arrival with photographs or a video. This documentation will assist Stimara customer support in identifying the cause if the product deteriorates with use.

Customers should be aware that Misfit Stimagz may experience faster wear and tear compared to standard Stimagz, depending on their usage.
